Chicken cooked on embers is different.

There is an incomparable difference between chicken cooked on a charcoal grill and chicken products cooked on a hot plate called a plate grill. Grilling chicken on embers gains a much different aroma and identity due to the cooking power of the ember fire, the release of excess oil from the chicken while cooking, and the natural smoking of the meat while cooking.

That's why chicken cooked in oil or on a pan-like metal cannot match the taste and quality of a charcoal grill, no matter how special sauces it is prepared with.

Kill the chicken, but don't take its revenge!

In the end, you will still be eating chicken, but its name is chicken. Chicken grilled over charcoal has a personality. It has a stance.

Pity the chicken.

Coating something and cauterizing it in hot oil doesn't seem like a healthy thing at all.
